Verification For Industry

EcoPractices verification process consists of 3 main steps and its flexibility allows for the potential addition of steps to be included based upon specific needs and desires. EcoPractices Product Manager will facilitate the verification process and approve each stage before the next stage is initialted to assure accuracy.

1. Design Standards

Design specifications set by Filtrexx™ in Filtrexx’s Design Manual, state guidelines, & federal standards are used to insure products will perform properly.

2. AgSolver’s Software Workflow

AgSolver’s software workflow

AgSolver’s software workflow will verify and track the practice information that is provided by SEC along with Filtrexx™ through our Verification App on site to utilize that data for environmental impact generation with our Ecotags.

3. Spot-check Process

Spot-check process

A third party spot check is required with a Verification Signature through the App by a Site Design Engineer/Site Manager and drone imagery could be utilized in addition.

Invoices and receipts may be required as proof that certain products had to be purchased in order to perform or implement the practice.

Project phase photographs may be requested and obtained through the Verification App to ensure practices were successfully implemented and done according to design standards.

Satellite / Drone Data

Satellite Drone Data

Project location data is required by AgSolver’s workflow to obtain specific data such as aerial photographs, drone or satellite data, and other site specific data.

Site Plans / Permits

Site Plans / Permits

Site plans and permits may be necessary for documentation and verification that products used met the needs of the project plans specifications and will assist with permit compliance.

Project Boundaries

Project Boundaries

Project boundaries are required to be obtained for site specific data generation associated with geographical location.
